So we got David here go ahead introduce yourself my name is David I'm 57 years old and one of my best friend's is a chiropractor and has been he graduated in 2008 and he's always told me the you know benefits of going to a chiropractor and you know I really you know I listen to him he sends me his newsletter every month I read it but I never really thought that I needed a chiropractor because I wasn't having any pain because this being you know the world we live in we don't do anything unless were hurt then I started my neck started hurting in March and my father died in February so there was a lot of yeah you know I things things come in because we had to you know deal with my father's death you know you know so pretty stressful stressful year very very very stressful this year and I sorted I sort of have gained some of the weight back but one thing that started me burying away from the gym was that my neck was hurting and it started getting to where I couldn't really do anything with my shoulders with my shoulders were really hurting in about I could probably lift my arms about like this it'll maybe go out like this they didn't hurt you know we're seeing I'm working in a map I can go here this leg bends good I can put a clip on the back and all that the end is so I kept that in so my wife kept screaming at me well if your neck is pretty go see a chiropractor but no one had ever showed me that here's your here's your spine right and so I had no idea that it was crooked and not the wage and show you what normal is and what I should look like you spent some time with you going through that to help you understand which I mean you've told me over time that's one of the things that we've done that you've really appreciated that you understand why you're coming you understand what the results should be that it's gonna take some time and that and now everything that you know my buddy has told me over the years it makes a lot of sense when I come in here and they go in there and I wobble when I watch the videos they've all make a lot more sense because the things you and I are doing in it you know hey that's exactly what they were saying it in you know and like I say if it wasn't for you I would probably be back to my giant fat self because I would have I would have given up and said you know okay I just can't stop this pinion so I mean I can't thank you enough if more people came in and just sat down with you and you explained it to him I'm sure that they would you don't feel like I do because like I said when you can only go from here and then you go to here and not have any pain you know you provide the exercising yeah yeah and it's keeping it but I understand one of the major things it's allowing you to do what it is that you want to do with your life but just as we've got you know each other we realize it's important for you and mentally emotionally physically to be in the gym and being able to get your workouts in you know the other thing that I thought was really cool you did bring your wife in initially to meet us and then as a result of that we've got really good results and she started an association she got started does a page here just a couple weeks ago and she she you know she is feeling much better and my wife has very high stress job and you know she she's gonna be the next testimonial yes yes she will definitely would be the next step the next does it's gonna be awesome well we appreciate you man thank you so much for sharing your story yes there's still gonna be and here I can I can't thank you guys enough.
